Believe me, I know.

I just spent 12 months meditating on, reorienting around, and claiming the phrase Easy and Light.

Not just spiritually.

Practically.

Because the most spiritual truths always change your life in practical ways.

That journey is what led me to create this video — as my 2025 gift to you.

It’s the most valuable framework I’ve ever created.

Simple. Doable. Delightful even. (Yes, big promise, but just wait and see!)
