You know what I love about coaching 1-1, ?
Â
For 12
straight weeks, I get to sit across from a brilliant, gifted woman…
and go deep into the parts of life that actually matter.
Â
It never gets old.
Â
Even when I notice patterns.
Especially when I notice patterns.
Â
Here’s one that shows up a lot in my clients:
They finally break free from the hustle,
they design a simple strategy that works without burnout…
Â
And then they panic.
Just a little.
Â
Because having space on your calendar—and no urgent fire driving your actions—feels… unfamiliar.
Â
I remember when it first hit me.
Â
I was taking a walk along my favorite river, enjoying the margin I’d created in my own life, when WHAM—
Guilt.
Â
I should be doing something. Now.
Â
But there was nothing urgent.
Just the old addiction to busyness trying to worm its way back in.
Â
That’s how much scarcity we swim in every day:
When peace feels unnatural.
Â
Let’s change that.
Let’s normalize calm.
Â
Let’s stop
confusing panic with purpose.
Â
That’s what I’ve been reflecting on this week.
Â
What about you?
What’s been on your mind lately?
Hit reply and tell me.
