Do you know what a calling is? 

I think we overcomplicate it.

I used to believe a calling was as permanent as a career (not realizing in my youth and naivete that THOSE aren’t very permanent either!).

Now?

I think of a calling as a PULL.
Maybe an urgent whisper—something inside of you that says, “I want to be the one who does something about THIS problem (or this opportunity).”

It’s not always permanent (though sometimes it can be).
But it IS urgent.

And here’s the truth—you don’t have to wait.

Too often, we feel the pull, the desire, perhaps even the prompting of the Spirit to DO SOMETHING.

And then, immediately, comes the DOUBT.

• Am I allowed to do this?
• Am I the best qualified?
• Is this the right time?
• What if I’m wrong?

But, my dear, brilliant one—what if you’re right???

What if that pull inside of you isn’t random?
What if you were meant to step into this?
