Ever gotten parenting advice from a person without kids?
Hello, !
There's actually a better way to help people. And then there's a worse way. As in, not as effective.
Not many people talk about this.
But, as humans, we are super-resistant to receiving "help" from someone who is struggling in certain areas.
Even the Bible talks about trying to help someone with their tiny speck in their eye if you are
still dealing with a beam in your own.
However, if you are a leader, you've probably felt the pressure to help people before you felt ready. You've probably been asked your opinion on stuff that you had not given much thought to yet.
As a leader, we are expected to go first. We're expected to have our stuff together.
But, we're not perfect. We're still working on ourselves
too.
And that's okay.
Today, I want to share with you the Transformation
Framework.
In the Transformation Framework, you will find that there are 3 key areas of Transformation. When you honor these 3 key areas, when you work on each area in a particular order, you will enjoy the following benefits:
- Your transformation can be more
effective
- The help you give others can be more
effectiv
- You can maximize your
influence
Plus, you will learn why some change "doesn't stick", and also why we should not feel pressured to help others in an area that we're still dealing with.
