I recently recorded a podcast entitled "Good Life Guilt". The subtitle could have been "Gratitude vs
Privilege".
I HATE being controversial. But here's the deal...
LEADERS MUST LEAD.
I started this email list and the podcast Bragg...About Life to help Christians LIVE, LOVE, and LEAD with confidence.
And in my heart, I know this - YOU are a leader.
You may be a leader of a 2 year old child.
You may be the leader of a 2,000 person church.
You may be the leader of a $2 million dollar business.
You may be a leader in training, waiting for clarity. (If that's you, read
the PS at the end of this email)
And, as a leader, you will benefit greatly from developing the ability to Speak the Truth in Love.
Because a Leader SPEAKS UP. Even if they say it awkwardly or not, because they care more about their listeners than they do about random trolls on the internet (who may or may not be real people even!)
If you feel guilty about the good things you've created
in your life,
OR
If someone is telling you to sit down and shut up so others can talk,
That just ain't right.
Leaders LEAD. Leaders SPEAK the TRUTH in LOVE.
And, LEADERS help their followers by actually ENJOYING their life!
